Diema Femili is a Bulgarian TV channel aimed at a female audience, part of a new Broadcasting Group owned by Modern Times Group. Television began on August 1, 1999 under the name of Alexander TV as the main movie channel. On July 3, 2006, the channel became part of Diema Vision and changed its name to Diema Femili, focusing on the family audience. In 2007, the channel became part of the New TV group, starting broadcasting romantic telenovelas as well. On September 12, 2011, the channel changed its visual packaging and logo, refocusing on a female audience, as well as in post-war Latin American and Turkish TV series, as well as romantic films.
