Volyn regional state TV and radio company (Volyn OGTRK, VODTRK) is a regional TV and radio company in the city of Lutsk. General director-Kulish Olga Vladimirovna. Volyn state television is one of the youngest in the state. If the first television broadcast in Ukraine was carried out on November 5, 1951, then Volyn residents saw the first test program with the screen saver "Volyn television", and this was a video report on the work of the session of the Regional Council, on November 25, 1991. The channel started regular broadcasting on January 1, 1992. Then, at 13: 10, Novosti aired, which lasted almost half an hour. After that, the announcer said that the fee for the first program will be transferred by television workers to orphaned children of the Kivertsovsky family-type orphanage. We started with one hour of broadcasting a day. The main inspiration and organizer of the new team was the then chairman of the Volyn regional TV and radio committee Svyatoslav Pirozhko.
